概述
该LSI是一个8位的RISC类型的微处理器以高速CMOS技术和
低功耗。集成到一个单芯片上内置看门狗定时器( WDT ) ,
数据RAM,ROM,可编程的实时时钟计数器,内部/外部中断
掉电模式下, LCD驱动器,红外线发射功能,以及三态I / O 。该
EM78P468L提供了多重保护位,以防止用户的代码入侵
OTP存储器和一个7比特的选择,以适应用户的要求。这也
提供了一个特殊的13位客户ID选项。
凭借其OTP -ROM功能,该LSI提供了开发和验证一种方便的方法
用户的程序。此外,用户开发的代码可以很容易地与编程
ELAN作家。
