介绍
该S6E63D6为门集成电路(IC)少AMOLED面板的单芯片解决方案。源极驱动器具有内置存储器,
门集成电路(IC)少电平转换器和电源电路都集成在这个LSI 。它可以显示到240 RGB x中的最大值
320点的图形26万色AMOLED面板上。此外,该芯片支持的LTPS面板。
该S6E63D6支持高通的高速串行接口MDDI (移动显示数字接口) I型,
这是客户端设备视频电子标准协会(VESA)标准的一种实现。
MDD接口是具有成本效益的低功率解决方案,使具有显示高速短程通信
装置中使用的数字分组数据链路。
该S6E63D6还支持18- / 16- / 9- / 8位高速总线接口,以实现高效的数据传输到GRAM 。
有一个外部接口。的情况下显示的数据,该S6E63D6提供RGB中的柔性18- / 16- / 6-位总线
