智能电池组模块, GC- QC -388 ,包括GC1388和平衡控制电路。该模块具有优异的

3.2测量精度
GC1388的A / D转换单元是12位的电压和温度感测,最多18个比特用于电流检测。
3.3容量计算
GC- QC- 388累积电荷的量度和放电电流,并估计了自放电这个包。
它可以补偿温度和自放电的电流测量和调整的RM到准确的容量。

3.4 FCC自我再学习
在整个有效放电过程中,它积累能力的变化并获得新的FCC 。
新的FCC = FCC最初+ DCR (放电到EDV2 ) + FCC * 6 %
6%的容量百分比在小区的EDV2 。
一个FCC再学习过程:
1.从完全充电
2.放电达到EDV2
3.在这个过程中没有有效充电
4.自放电小于250mah
5.无过放电电流发生在这个过程中
6.温度不低于4℃
3.5应关注的差异在FCC
当计算与实际容量之间的差得到的设定值时,该模块将通知主机
执行FCC再学习的过程。
