概述
该EM78P809N是一个8位微处理器,低功耗,高速CMOS
技术和
高抗噪性。
它有一个内置的8K × 13位的电气一次性
可编程只读存储器(OTP -ROM)。它提供
多重保护位

防止用户OTP存储器代码的入侵。七选位也可
满足用户的要求。
上其OTP -ROM中的特征, EM78P809N能够提供一种方便的方式
