概述
AC104QF
是一款高度集成, 3.3V ,低
电力,
FOUR
口,
10Base-T/100Base-TX/FX,
在0.35微米CMOS以太网收发器实现
技术。多种操作模式包括
正常操作时,测试模式和省电模式
可通过硬件或软件
控制权。
功能包括MAC接口, ENDECs ,
加扰/解扰器,
自动协商
( ANEG )与平行检测的支持。该
发送器包括一个双速时钟合成
即只需要一个外部时钟源。该芯片
内置了波整形驱动电路为
10Mbps和100Mbps ,省去了一个
外部混合滤波器。该接收机具有自适应
精确的时钟均衡器/直流恢复电路/
数据R
ecovery为的100Base- TX信号。这也
提供了一个片上低通滤波器/静噪电路
对于10Base-T的信号。
MAC接口,支持10/100 RMII四个端口。
媒体接口支持10 / 100TX或3 4口
端口10 / 100TX和1端口100FX 。
