概述
在71M6543F , 71M6543H , 71M6543G和71M6543GH是
Teridian公司的第四代多相计量系统级芯片
(系统级芯片)与5MHz的8051兼容MPU内核,低功耗实时
实时时钟( RTC )与数字温度补偿,闪光
存储器,以及LCD驱动器。我们的单转换器技术与
一个22位Σ-Δ ADC , 7个模拟输入,数字计量
温度补偿,精密电压基准和32位
位计算引擎( CE ),支持多种测光
应用与极少的外部元件。
在71M6543F , 71M6543H , 71M6543G和71M6543GH支持
可选接口的71M6xx3系列隔离传感器的
