TheGM9910Bis a PWM high efficiency control LED driver IC. It allows efficient operation of High Brightness (HB) LEDs from voltage sources ranging from 10VDC up to 500VDC, this feature allows GM9910B can work from a wide range of input voltages without the need for an external low voltage supply. By using a single resistor, the switching frequency to control the external MOSFET can be fixed up to 300KHz. GM9910B is constant current LED driver, which enhance the reliability. The output current can be programmed between a few milliamps and up to more than 1.0A. GM9910B uses a rugged high voltage junction isolated process that can withstand an input voltage surge of up to 500V. Output current to an LED string can be programmed to any value between zero and its maximum value by applying an external control voltage at the linear dimming control input of the GM9910B. The GM9910B provides a low-frequency PWM dimming input that can accept an external control signal with a duty ratio of 0-100% and a frequency of up to a few kilohertz.

2016年底开始，价值1210亿美元的全球存储器市场出现前所未有的荣景，随著制程提升，存储器利润飙升至70%以上。但《路透》分析，随著技术更新、中国大陆厂商加入，未来NAND快闪存储器、DRAM荣景将走入尾声。
报导指出，业界技术更新转向3D NAND快闪存储器，组装成本降低，使今年产量成长速度超过需求，规模芯片商被迫降价以维持市占率。当前，NAND快闪存储器价格与2017年的高峰相比近乎腰斩。
根据集邦咨询半导体研究中心DRAMeXchange分析师Alan Chen表示，当前价格下降速度远快于成本下降速度，并预测今年NAND快闪存储器价格将持续走跌。
野村投信则估计今年NAND快闪存储器供应量将成长40～50%，但在全球智能手机需求放缓下，价格将下跌20%。
另一项存储器产品DRAM，虽然在电竞笔电、挖矿需求下，今年价格成长20%，但未来几年将面临中国厂商竞争，也让DRAM市场前台蒙上一层阴影。
日前中国反垄断监管部门，针对DRAM三大厂商，三星、SK海力士、美光发起反垄断调查;此外，半导体作为重点发展项目，未来中国长江存储、Innotron Memory、福建晋华将大规模生产存储器。
南韩研调机构HI Investment&Securities分析师Song Myung-sup指出，当前中国半导体产量不多，但明年下半年起随著产能提升，将冲击全球半导体市场。
不过，也有分析师认为，未来随著5G、高速运算、自驾车技术发展，将持续提振存储器市场需求。法巴银行分析师Peter Yu认为，尽管成长动能消失，但2019年存储器市场仍可维持900亿美元的净利水平，不至于严重崩盘。
近期SK海力士、三星、日商东芝将分别在7/26、7/31、8/8公布财报。当前市场预期三星Q2芯片部门利润将成长50%，达12.5兆韩元、SK海力士预期也将成长74%，达5.4兆韩元。
