概述

TC3608H is a current mode boost DC-DC converter with a fixed 1.2MHZ switching frequency. Built in 80m Ω power Field-effect transistor enables this regulator to have an efficiency of up to 96%. The internal compensation network has also reduced up to 6 external components. The in-phase input of the error signal amplifier is connected to a precision reference voltage of 0.6V, and the internal soft start function can reduce the instantaneous surge current.
TC3608H can automatically enter pulse frequency modulation mode when under light load, reducing power consumption; The TC3608H has Undervoltage-lockout, overcurrent protection, overload protection, and overheating protection functions.
TC3608H can be packaged as SOT23-6, saving PCB space in applications
