AD7888是一款高速、低功耗、12位模数转换器,采用2.7 V至5.25 V单电源供电。AD7888的吞吐速率为125 kSPS。输入采样保持在500 ns内采集信号,采用单端采样方案。AD7888包含八个单端数字输入,即AIN1至AIN8。每个通道的模拟输入为0至VREF。该器件能够转换最高2.5 MHz的全功率信号。AD7888具有一个2.5 V片内基准电压源,可用作模数转换器的基准电压源。REFIN/REF OUT引脚允许用户访问该基准电压源。相反,该引脚可以过驱动,为AD7888提供外部参考电压。这个外部参考的电压范围是从1.2 V到VDD。互补金属氧化物半导体结构确保正常工作和3绕组掉电模式下典型的2兆瓦低功耗。该器件提供16引脚窄体小型封装(SOIC)和16引脚薄型收缩小型封装(TSSOP)
